我以如子爱护人，彼若视我如寇仇，
犹如母对重病儿，倍悲悯是佛子行。
Someone whom I cared
for as dearly as for my own child,
If this person were to view
and treat me as an enemy,
then like a mother whose child
is plagued by sickness,
To love that person even more,
is the practice of a Bodhisattva.
